Step 3 – Ship the Return

Ship the package using the carrier specified in the return instructions. You are responsible for ensuring the package is delivered to the address we provide. Retain the shipping receipt and tracking number until the return is processed.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7‑10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
• Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
• If the returned item is found to be used, damaged, or missing components, we reserve the right to deny the refund or deduct a restocking fee.
